What does your “Special Offers” section include?

We periodically have limited offers for some display/rebuilt models. These are advertised in this section with big discounts.

 

Do you offer a collection service? Can I try the bike before buying them?

Yes we can arrange a collection service from our warehouse in Bainsingstoke; and we can arrange a test ride service for some models. Please contact us for details.

 

 

What payment options do you accept?

We accept all major card payments through a secure system supplied by HSBC – this is the default payment method if you proceed to check out.

We do also accept paypal, cheque and direct bank transfer/deposit.

 

How long can you despatch the item(s) after receiving my payment?

For orders received before 10:30am on any weekday, we will dispatch your order on the same working day.

 

How fast is delivery?

We use a next day delivery service to mainland UK addresses. Some areas are excluded, for details for see the how to order section

 

Can I arrange a delivery for a specific day?

Yes, we can arrange delivery for a given working day for mainland UK addresses. Please email us your preferred delivery date together with your order so we will hold it and despatch the working day before your chosen date.

 

What after-sales service do you provide?

We can offer specialist advice whenever needed. And we have a stock of spare parts in at all times, should you need any parts please just email us or visit the bike parts category.

For future possible servicing if needed, we recommend you use the local bike shop as posting the bike back to us can be more costly; but we can supply any parts needed at most economical prices.

 

Can I return the bike if I don’t like it?

Yes, we offer a 7 day return policy. The product can be returned for a full refund excl. any postage. However, we do need the item to be in the original condition and packaging.

 

I live outside the UK can you still place an order?

Yes, we can ship to most European countries. Please email us for a quote.
